2. The short version. This website is an information site. There are no user accounts, no newsletter, no contact forms, no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Personal data is processed only as far as the technical operation of the website requires it, or when you write to us by email.

3. Hosting. The website is delivered by a hosting provider on our behalf. When you visit, the provider processes the data your browser transmits, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, in server log files to keep the site secure and stable. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.

4. Encryption. The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (TLS, shown as https in the address bar), so content cannot be read by third parties in transit.

5. Contact by email. If you write to us, we process your details (email address, name, content of the message) only to handle your request. We delete the messages once the request is settled and no statutory retention duties apply.

6. Calculator and interactive elements. The effort calculator works entirely in your browser. Your entries are neither transmitted to us nor to third parties and are not stored.
